Privacy notice

This notice is provisional production copy and remains subject to owner and qualified legal review before launch. It describes the website as currently implemented: largely static and prerendered public pages, public Convex dashboard reads, repository-backed research, and direct email contact.

The site does not include accounts, a contact form, or a website submission database. It does not intentionally ask visitors to provide personal information through a site form.

Site hosting, content delivery, DNS, security, and network providers may unavoidably process technical metadata such as IP address, request time, requested path, browser or device information, referrer, and error or security logs. Tulipa may receive or access some of that information for availability, debugging, abuse prevention, or security. Exact providers, retention periods, and production log settings must be confirmed before launch.

Dashboard pages read public curation data from Convex. Research articles are stored with the site repository and delivered as public static content. These surfaces are not designed to identify a visitor, although normal network requests to hosting and data providers expose ordinary request metadata to those providers.

Contact links open your own email application. The website does not receive or store a form submission. If you send a message, its contents and normal email metadata are processed by your email provider, Tulipa’s email provider, and relevant network services.

Provide only information needed for the inquiry. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, credentials, unnecessary personal data, or material you are not authorised to share.

Links to protocols, explorers, source systems, and other third-party sites take you outside this website. Those parties may collect information under their own notices and controls. Tulipa does not state that their practices match this notice.

No advertising, behavioural-profiling, or marketing cookie system is described by the current implementation. Before launch, the owner must verify the production host, any analytics or monitoring added later, cookie behaviour, provider contracts, retention, access controls, and whether additional notice or choice mechanisms are required.
