These terms apply to use of this public website. They are provisional production copy and remain subject to owner and qualified legal review before launch. They do not identify or replace the terms of any vault, protocol, mandate, or separate engagement.

The site publishes general information about Tulipa’s curation work, repository-backed research, and source-qualified public dashboard readings. It does not provide personalised advice or account for your objectives, financial position, jurisdiction, or risk tolerance.

No site content is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, commitment to curate, or instruction to enter, hold, or exit a position. Access to a third-party vault or protocol is governed by that product’s own contracts, interfaces, permissions, and terms.

Tulipa aims to make sources, observation times, methods, and known gaps legible, but public data can be delayed, incomplete, stale, unavailable, or incorrect. Onchain state and market conditions can change before the site refreshes. The site may change, suspend, remove, or correct content without notice.

Do not treat a displayed value or the absence of a warning as a real-time instruction or assurance. Check the underlying contracts and source systems before acting.

The site reads public dashboard data from Convex and links to external protocols, explorers, source systems, and other websites. Tulipa does not control their availability, security, content, privacy practices, or transactions. A link or ecosystem reference does not by itself imply endorsement.

You may read and link to public pages for lawful informational purposes. Do not interfere with the site, probe for vulnerabilities without authorisation, bypass access controls, misrepresent Tulipa content, or use the site in a way that infringes another person’s rights. Ownership and reuse terms for specific research or brand materials may be stated with those materials.

Emailing Tulipa does not create a client, curator, advisory, fiduciary, confidential, or other professional relationship. Do not send secrets, credentials, private keys, or information you are not authorised to disclose. Any engagement requires separate written scope and terms.
